
Constance Cantrell, an attorney for more than twenty-five years, has practiced in national firms in Atlanta and New York and was general counsel for a subsidiary of Schlumberger Limited for over eight years and deputy general counsel of Schweitzer-Mauduit International, a public company.
In addition to practicing law, she served for ten years on the Board of Directors of a large private manufacturing company, chairing its Governance and Ethics committees. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Biophilic Institute, a nonprofit corporation focusing on sustainability and environmental issues.

Aileen Cohen is a partner at Cantrell Cohen, where she practices employment law and civil litigation. She has practiced law for more than twenty-five years, during which time she was a civil and commercial litigator at a national law firm. She also practiced employment and personnel law in the federal government and with an employment law firm before joining Cantrell Cohen.
She has represented clients in negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and in civil and commercial litigation at the pretrial, trial, and appellate stages in state and federal courts.
At Cantrell Cohen, Aileen’s clients include LLCs, corporations, 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations, and individuals. She represents individuals and businesses in a wide array of employment and employment litigation matters, including investigations; employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination claims; reductions in force and employee terminations; claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and other employment laws, as well as their state-law equivalents; and disputes and litigation regarding the payment of wages, overtime, and commissions.
